About me
An experienced restaurant GM & Operations Manager available for consultancy, both short & long term, on a range of issues facing hospitality businesses.
I moved to Copenhagen in August 2020 having worked in UK and London restaurants for ten years. I love being on the floor and in direct touch with guests, as well as growing and developing staff to give the best customer experience and enjoy their work. I'm also highly organised and proficient at BOH management and tasks which is why I am also effective in operations.
My values are really to create a sustainable future in the hopsitality industry - not just for the planet but for staff and as a proper career option too. Increasingly I believe it is necesssary and correct that hospitality business start to adopt more of the practices of traditional business, in terms of professional conduct and career growth, in order to attract the right talent but also be economically viable.
I have implemented changes that help with the above in my career and am keen to do the same across the sector, small and large.
